She has thoroughly enjoyed her time at the club and, although she won’t have realised it yet, she will really miss her Saturday morning class!

A very long time ago (around 2005/6) I had 2 daughters at Charisma. They had a great time there but in 2006 we moved to a very small village in Northern Norway up above the artic circle.

There was a small gymnastics club which ran small scale activities, but which had no competition groups and they needed trainers. Inspired by what I had seen at Charisma I agreed and set up a WAG group. Now, 11 years later, we have our own gym hall and a bunch of great girls. We are not super good, but we do OK are getting there with a lot of fun on the way. Two of them, Line and Vilja, compete in national competitions and just came 2nd and 3rd in the county competition.

Please note we are moving out of the area in early August, therefore our two children, Annabel and Freddie, who have loved every minute of their time with Charisma, will no longer be able to attend your fantastic classes. In the nearly four years that we’ve been coming to Charisma, it really has gone from strength to strength – seeing the number of children and proud adults growing almost week by week is a real testament to your hard work and organisational skills! I think you’re going to need a bigger hall soon, though!

I think our kids take with them a love for the sport, and a physical confidence that many of their peer group do not have, so thanks to you and their amazing coaches for both. We will continue with classes right up until the end of this term, but I thought I should let you know that we will not be renewing for the September term, as much as we would like to! We will pass our thanks on to Annabel and Freddie’s coaches when the time comes for us to say goodbye, but I wanted to thank you too for everything you are doing for our kids and the others that attend Charisma, and the local community – it is very much appreciated.

Just to let you know Olivia will be leaving Gymnastics at the end of term. This is because we have moved house and the journey is too far to keep doing forever. We need to find a nearer club. Thanks for everything that you have done for her over the years. She has loved her time at Charisma and would continue into the autumn if we hadn’t moved.
